One of my favorite things about living in the great state of Texas is the Blue Bell Ice Cream! It is amazing!
We had the opportunity to visit the factory in Brenham, Texas over President's Day weekend. We caught the last tour of the day and enjoyed seeing the production process for ice cream in various size containers from 5 gallons to little cups for school lunches.
After the tour we were invited to stop into the ice cream parlor and enjoy a scoop of our favorite flavor - mine wasn't available. It is Peppermint, in case you are wondering.
